Wishing you and your family a Happy
and a Healthy New Year!
During January, we will discuss the many changes that winter brings, for example the cold weather and the possibility of snow. We will learn about the different animals that hibernate or migrate during the winter months. The children will be conducting a science experiment with ice to see what happens to it while in the classroom environment. We have many winter stories to read to help us imagine what this winter season could bring us. During music and movement, the children will dance like snowflakes. We will even have an indoor snowball fight. The children always enjoy this activity. The last week of January we will be celebrating Catholic Schools Week (CSW) which is a busy but fun week for the children.
