Hello and welcome to St. Dorothy's.  My name is Mr. Braun and I have been teaching for 13 years, with St. Dorothy's for 8 of them.  I graduated from West Chester in 2011, and from O'Hara in 2006.  It has been an absolute joy teaching at St. Dorothy.  I have two daughters who also attend St. Dorothy's, and my wife is the librarian.  St. Dorothy is like our second home.  We love everything about it.

I do my utmost every day to ensure that your child is protected and learning.  I am a firm believer in the quote, "Every child can learn.  Just not in the same way, or on the same day."  I like to incorporate all styles of learning into my lessons to give every learner a chance.

I am available for tutoring or extra help most days after school.  Please do not hesitate to ask for help.  It is never a bother for me to come in early or stay later.  You can email me at sbraun@stdots.com if you have any questions.  If you contact me after 4 p.m., I may not get back to you until the next day.  

Interests/Hobbies: Being with my family, fishing, creative writing, reading mysteries (Agatha Christie is my favorite), playing guitar.
