CARES
- In order for your child to attend CARES, all of the necessary paperwork must be completed and returned to Mrs. Callahan's attention prior to attending on September 8th. All of the forms are available on the CARES section of the school website https://saintdorothy.org/
cares-forms . If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs. Jean Callahan. - CARES begins on Monday, September 8th, 2025, for the 2025-26 school year. Morning CARES begins at 7am in the main office of the school. Please walk your child to the door and buzz the door and a staff member will let you in. After school CARES is held in the Annex from dismissal until 6:00pm. Please have a photo ID with you when you pick up your child.

Specials Schedule 2025-2026Tuesdays - Computers, 1:45pm-2:30pm
Wednesdays - Gym, 1:00pm-1:45pm
Fridays - Library, 9:15am-9:45am
Music, 10:45am-11:30am

Lunch ScheduleLunch will be from 11:55-12:20pm. The students will then have recess from 12:20-12:40pm. Parent volunteers are needed while the students are at outside recess. Please reach out to me if you are interested in volunteering for lunch duty.

If you need to get a message to me or a student during the school day, in the event I am unable to check email, please call the school office directly at 610-789-4100.
Absences
If your child is absent, please call the school before 8:30 a.m. Please also send your child's teacher an email. Leave a message that includes your child’s name, grade, homeroom number, and reason for absence and check the attendance policy for further information.

Homeroom Parent RepresentativesOur Homeroom Parent Representative for the 2025-2026 school year is Mrs. Hill. She will be reaching out to you via email during the school year to coordinate volunteers and special events on my behalf.
