Academics:
Students are expected to come to class each day prepared and ready to learn.  This provides the best environment for learning.  We proceed at a quicker pace in this class and any distractions to learning can have an impact to the student.

Homework:
Homework is given each evening and on some weekends.  In addition to written homework, students are expected to review notes in rulebook and class copybook as well as anything posted on Google Classroom in order to keep current and apply rules appropriately.

If a student misses a homework assignment it will be noted on Option C and the student must complete the work for the next class.  

Homework is always expected to be attempted.  If the student does not understand the work, they must demonstrate that it was attempted but stating what they do know.

I am always available for extra help during lunch time (which is convenient right next to the cafeteria).   Sometimes an extra 5 minutes can clarify a concept and make the homework much more successful.

Homework and tests will posted each day on my homework website.  Homework for the week may be posted but the assignment for the day that is given in class overrides anything that is posted.  Students are to write down the homework each day and only use the website for a backup.
