Financial Aid

The Office of Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia offers need-based assistance . The application will be processed by FACTS Grant and Aid; families will need to visit the FACTS Grant & Aid website to complete financial aid applications. Applications are now open and the final deadline is May 1, 2025 but the Office of Catholic Education urges you to complete this process as soon as possible.

• All need based awards should be contingent on reception of the taxes. Income guidelines are as follows:
  

   To qualify for this financial aid, you will need to:

  • Complete an application on the FACTS website: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid

  • Upload all required tax forms on the secure FACTS website

  • Pay the application processing fee to FACTS

  • Meet the following income guidelines:

  • If you claim 1 dependent on your tax form: $132,123

  • If you claim 2 dependents on your tax form: $151,898

  • If you claim 3 dependents on your tax form: $171,673

  • If you claim 4 dependents on your tax form: $191,448

  • If you claim 5 dependents on your tax form: $211,223

  • If you claim 6 dependents on your tax form: $230,998

• After reviewing the guidelines above, please complete the application if your family qualifies for the program.

  All applications must be completed by May 1, 2025.

• After completing the application, parents will be provided options (mail, fax, or online upload) for submitting their supporting tax documents (2024 tax return; FACTS will contact families who do not file a tax return to confirm what documents they need to provide).

• $40 application fee paid at time of application online.
