Financial AidThe Office of Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia offers need-based assistance . The application will be processed by FACTS Grant and Aid; families will need to visit the FACTS Grant & Aid website to complete financial aid applications. Applications are now open and the final deadline is May 1, 2026 but St. Dorothy urges you to complete this process as soon as possible.
All need based awards should be contingent on reception of the taxes. Income guidelines are as follows:

If families qualify they must make the first payment before aid will be applied to their tuition.
Student attendance and class participation do factor into the decision making.
We ask for your support of the school functions through volunteering opportunities always available at the school.
- After completing the application, parents will be provided options (mail, fax, or online upload) for submitting their supporting tax documents (2025 tax return; FACTS will contact families who do not file a tax return to confirm what documents they need to provide).
