These 2 online resources will help students' grammar and reading skills at home: the Sadlier Grammar website and the Wonders Reading (McGraw Hill) website.
Below are the links and instructions for both:
Sadlier Grammar (link here) - Please select the unit and lesson that we are currently working on (these are always mentioned in my emails).
The site provides practice worksheets and quizzes that students can print and complete to help strengthen their grammar skills.
Wonders Website (link here) Students' login information is taped to their Chromebooks. After logging in, they should select "Resources" at the top of the page, then click on their textbook. From there, they can navigate to the "Table of Contents" to locate the story we are currently reading (also mentioned in my emails).
Students can reread the anchor text, and it can be read aloud to them as well. This reading can also count toward their 30 minutes of daily reading.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to Ms. McDermott (emcdermott@stdots.com) if you have any questions or need further clarification!
