  • Join us for a timed, fully-supported 5K race in partnership with Bryn Mawr Running Co. through the streets of Drexel Hill, complete with water stations along the route. All experience levels are welcome!
• Sapphire Stroll 1-Mile Family Fun Walk
  • Prefer a lighter pace? Bring the whole family for a 1-mile Fun Run around the parking lot — perfect for kids and casual walkers.
•  100-Yard Gold Rush
  • Don’t miss this short and speedy race for our littlest treasure-seekers.

Reminder: Baked Goods/Individual Treats
Anyone interested in making baked goods, cookies, sweets or any type of individually wrapped treats for the Treasure Fun and Family Movie Night may drop off your donation Friday evening 7pm-9pm at race registration or Saturday morning 7:30am-10:30am. This is always a popular spot for the kids to pick up affordable treats. As always, thank you for your ongoing support!!

About 20 years ago, after facing major budgetary constraints, The St. Dorothy Development Committee was formed and the first St. Dorothy Oktoberfest Fair was proposed. The fair, along with the Annual Fund, saved a number of faculty positions and eliminated the need to combine multiple classrooms.

Since then, the fair has helped our school thrive by limiting tuition increases and funding important improvements, while also becoming a neighborhood tradition for families near and far. We are deeply grateful to our generous sponsors, to the St. Dorothy families who donated raffle baskets, and to the hundreds of volunteers who made the fair possible year after year.

Over time, the overhead costs of running the fair grew, and we realized we needed to reimagine this much-loved fundraiser. A new group of volunteers, still with some of the past volunteers, has come together to create Dot’s Delco Week. The goal is to carry forward the same spirit of community, fun, and support for our parish and school, while keeping fundraising strong for the future. It may be hard to top a parking lot full of rides for five days, but we promise you a week filled with friendship, joy, and plenty of reasons to celebrate together.
