Daily Procedures
Our doors open at 7:45 A.M. and the school day begins promptly at 8:00 A.M. Any student arriving late (after 8) must be signed in by a parent or guardian. The sign in sheet is located by the main front door for ALL grades, including Preschool.
All absences must be reported via phone or email to the teacher and the office by 10:00 A.M. Mrs. Gordon’s email is jgordon@stdots.com and the office number is 610-789-4100.
Any child who is sick may not return to school until he/she is fever and/or vomit free for 24 hours without medication. This includes if they are sent home sick from school, they may not return the next day or you will be called to pick them up. A fever is considered 99.5 or above for elementary school students.
Any change in students’ normal way of dismissal must be received in writing, preferably email, by the teacher and office by noon. If we do not have a written request, students will be sent home their regular way. We do not call home to confirm a different dismissal that a child says he was told!!
Doors open for the day at 7:45 AM. Any student arriving to the building prior to that will join the CARES group and be billed accordingly. Any Preschool student not able to be picked up by 2:45 PM will be sent to CARES.
Absolutely no outside hot lunches are permitted & children will NOT be allowed to eat them if brought.lease park in the designated areas of the parking lot only, even if you are coming in “just for a minute”. This is for the safety of our students during school hours.
Please label all your child’s belongings! The Lost & Found bin is in the gym and will be emptied monthly with all unclaimed items donated.
