If you need to get a message to me or a student during the school day, in the event I cam unable to check email, please call the school office directly at (610) 789-4100.

Of course, you can always send a note in with your child to let me know of early dismissals, changes in transportation, academic concerns & absent notes.

If your child is absent, please call the school before 8:30 am.  Leave a message that includes your child's name, grade, homeroom numbers (5A), and reason for absence.  Check the attendance policy for more information.

CARES will begin on September 9th, 2024

For the convenience of our families, St. Dorothy’s offers an extended day program known as C.A.R.E.S. (Children Are Receiving Extended Services). Registration for CARES is now open. If you are interested in sending your child, please fill out the registration and the response to the handbook forms that can be found on our website https://saintdorothy.org/cares-forms. In order for your child to attend CARES, all of the necessary paperwork must be completed and returned prior to attending on September 11th. The forms can be sent to the school, attention to Mrs. Callahan. The forms can also be sent with your child on the first day of school. Please do not email the forms.

Morning CARES begins at 7am in the main office of the school. Please walk your child to the door and buzz the door and a staff member will let you in.
After school CARES is held in the Annex from dismissal until 6:00.
Please have a photo ID with you when you pick up your child.
