In order to ensure the safety of all students, 4th grade is peanut and treenut free, while we are eating snack and lunch in the classroom. Please do not hesitate to email me with any questions, concerns, or comments. My email address is scoary@stdots.com. I will do my best to check my email at least three times a day. You can also send a note in with your child. Please make sure your child is aware a note is being sent to school to ensure I receive it.
If you need to get a message to me or a student during the school day, in the event I am unable to check email, please call the school office directly at 610-789-4100.

Our Homeroom Parent Representatives for the 2022-2023 school year are. Mrs. Stell and Mrs. Bellano. They will be reaching out to you via email during the school year to coordinate volunteers and special events on my behalf.  For further information regarding some of these events please check the Homeroom Parent Representative pages

If your child is absent, please call the school before 8:30 a.m. Leave a message that includes your child’s name, grade, homeroom number, and reason for absence and check the Attendance policy for further information.

CARES will begin on Monday, September 12, 2022. In order for your child to attend CARES, all of the necessary paperwork must be completed and returned to my attention prior to attending September 12th. All of the forms are available on the CARES section of the school website.https://saintdorothy.org/cares-forms If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, Mrs. Jean Callahan. CARES begins on Monday, September 12, 2022, for the 22-23 school year. Morning CARES begins at 7am in the main office of the school. Please walk your child to the door and buzz the door and a staff member will let you in. After school CARES is held in the Annex from dismissal until 6:00. Please have a photo ID with you when yuo pick up your child.
